Abhy Nadar is an Architect at 3Pillar's Noida office. He has been with 3Pillar for more than 9 years. In 2014, Abhy won the India offices's most coveted award at our Annual Day party - Employee of the Year. Abhy manages a project for a client who must remain nameless in the Health & Wellness domain.

Away from work, Abhy is an avid photographer. When he's behind the lens of his Nikon D7000, Abhy's favorite subjects are nature and people. He also likes to spend time traveling, reading, and playing with his two daughters.

Alok Jain is the Director of 3Pillar's User Experience + Design practice. He and his teams work with clients to help uncover unmet needs of their customers and  design simple, elegant, and innovative solutions to address those needs. They do so by applying a people-centered creative approach called Design Thinking.

Alok is passionate about Innovation, Design, Leadership and Entrepreneurship and occasionally writes at davileo.com (a play on Leonardo Da Vinci). He loves to dabble with new ideas and technologies like Arduino, 3-D Printing, drones, Telematics and more. He has a 9-year-old son, Aditya, with whom he loves to play cricket and do woodworking projects.

Anca Mihalache is  3Pillar's  Talent Acquisition Lead  in Romania.  She  has a strong character, an astute eye for detail, and loves handling psychological finesse  in dealing with all the diverse people she gets to meet on a daily basis. Andrei has been at 3Pillar for more than 3 years as an Automation Engineer, working with the latest technologies in network security to design and implement an automation framework for Cisco. His curiosity and passion for Linux and networking give him the skills to not only excel at what he does, but to coach others as well.

When he’s not engineering, you may find Andrei woodworking alongside his father. He also enjoys traveling, meeting with friends, or just having a cozy afternoon with a good movie.

Cristian  Bodnar is a Technical Lead out of 3Pillar's  Cluj-Napoca Office. In this role, he works closely with  Software Engineers,  User Experience Designers, and Product Managers to build structurally sound software products.

Cristian has been with 3Pillar for the better part of 8 years, having started as a junior web developer. Away from work he spends his  time reading and trying to practice some of his  other passions like playing the piano.

Jessica Hall leads Product Strategy & Design  at 3Pillar. In this role, she oversees a team of UX Designers, Product Managers,  and Business Analysts  charged with helping clients bring impactful new software products to market.

Karoly Szanto is a Technical Manager, based out of Timisoara, working on bringing 3Pillar’s Android projects to market. He works with different teams of architects and designers to choose the right technology stack for each individual project.  

When he’s not working on the next great Android app, you can find Karoly in the kitchen cooking up something delicious. His other hobbies includebiking, snowboarding, traveling, and playing the guitar.

Klenn Harrigan is the Administrative Coordinator at 3Pillar Global. In this role, he works with all departments internally to make sure that 3Pillar maintains a healthy relationship with all of its vendors and administrative stakeholders. He plans company events, assists with internal marketing,  and works very closely on recruiting  and initiatives affecting corporate portfolio.   

When he's not  working, Klenn  can be found in one of the many comic book stores populating Northern Virginia, reading and buying  his favorites  weekly, many of which he reviews online for  different blogs and websites.  In addition  you can catch him  running  around many of DC's  major landmarks  on  the weekends,  taking in  the history while  laughing to himself at the expense of lost or confused tourists.

Paul Doman  is the  Client Executive heading  3Pillar's Information Services and Technology Vertical. In this role, he works with active and   potential clients to make sure that they are bringing the right products to market, using a diverse team often comprised of 3Pillar's  Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers. He leads a  vertical  of Client  Partners and Business Development professionals, working hard to create a unique and dynamic portfolio in the ever-growing product development space. 

When he's not serving clients, you can find Paul journaling, playing quarterback under the lights for one of Fairfax County's toughest  flag-footballs teams, or getting attacked by his four kids (3 boys, 1 girl) in the middle of a heated Nerf war. All of this in addition to regularly getting humbled by his family and friends in  a variety of board games.

Senior manager, client services operations

The best thing about working at 3Pillar? The Monday meetings. Definitely the Monday meetings.

Laura Derkowski is the Senior Manager of Client Service Operations in 3Pillar's Fairfax office. What does that mean? Basically that the company would cease to function - nearly as well as it does, at least - without her  at the helm. Need a custom SalesForce report or dashboard whipped up in no time flat? Laura has you covered. Need to know what percentage of our clients are in which vertical? She's got you covered there, too.   Away from work, Laura loves nothing more than a warm cup of joe   and  a new episode of Homeland or House of Cards

My favorite thing about working at 3Pillar is the variety of work I get to do. I have the freedom to learn new things on the job, but there’s still an emphasis on getting things done and doing them well.

Will  Sherlin is the Digital Marketing Manager at 3Pillar. In this role he is responsible for any and all content that goes live on the 3Pillar website. He also hosts and produces "The Innovation Engine,"  3Pillar's  innovation-themed podcast.  

Away from work, Will spends his time roaming DC in search of  open tennis courts. He  is a rabid fan of the University of North Carolina  Tar Heels and can frequently be found staring at his phone to see what in the world is happening on  Instagram, Twitter, or Periscope. He wants to know what's in your fridge. Will  likes Belgian beers,  working up a good sweat, monkeys, and those very rare nights where he  gets 8 hours of sleep.
