Teaming Operations manages a responsive global supply supply chain. We lead a cross-functional effort to build high functioning teams in order to start engagements on our client’s timeline. We work tirelessly to minimize revenue lost through unfilled positions, control bench cost and ensure that we align the right talent to the requirement at the right time. To do this, we manage a global bench of highly skilled engineers, designers and product managers. We maintain tight linkages to our market-facing team members and technologists to better understand technology trends in the industries we serve and anticipate future needs. We also maintain a close, collaborative partnership with our internal teams--Talent Acquisition, Sales, Client Engagement and Product Development
- Must Have:
- Managing data of any form in spreadsheets / CRMs tools
- Validating and cleanup of data
- Ability to create pivot tables, simple charts, reports in spreadsheet / presentation software
- Understanding of technology terms and different software development platforms
