    3Pillar Global is searching for a Talent Management Director. The applicant will add skills and years of experience to an already established team of talented professionals that all work towards the same goal of meeting our company and employee needs.

    What can you expect?

    • Act as a part of the global Talent team and as Talent Management Director to drive the regional agenda for the whole of Europe (the Czech Republic, Romania and Moldova),
    • Serve as an integral part of the global talent team, representing opportunities, issues and risks within the region, and supporting globally consistent, and regionally contextualized plans to achieve our strategic objectives and KPIs,
    • EVP and Talent Acquisition: provide regional support for global talent acquisition. Identify meaningful avenues for increased recognition of our talent brand (e.g., Employer of Choice awards, etc.) that will attract target talent, and craft engagement plans that will strengthen alignment,
    • Engagement: provide oversight of regional engagement survey action plans, and define optimal actions to drive increased or sustained engagement in the team. Serve as a regional advisor, supporting global engagement efforts and elevating regional successes,
    • Retention: lead regional retention planning. Accountability for building and executing aligned business and talent action plans to address gaps or challenges represented in the data and experience of our Team Members,
    • Team Health & Dynamics: serve as an expert on organizational health, and advise teams and leaders in addressing team health/dynamics. Work closely with Learning & Development and Talent Experience on specific regional or global initiatives,
    • Development and coaching: coach and advise senior leaders and the talent team within the region and provide support to Talent Business Partners globally,
    • Performance management: monitor ongoing performance excellence and trends. Provide guidance to leadership and teams on shifts in performance management that need to occur,
    • Rewards and recognition: craft plans that strengthen the connection between rewards and recognition and other efforts (e.g., talent development, engagement, retention) to ensure we are rewarding the right behavior and using rewards to strengthen our alignment with our values and performance standards,
    • Exit: Regularly review exit trends and work with business leadership to refine strategy and execution to ensure a strong experience for team members.

    Who are we looking for?

    • We are looking for someone who is a “pioneer” as we are at a new phase of growth in our organization and need someone adept at building out systematized and simple ways of partnering with the business regionally while also managing global alignment,
    • Expert with years of experience in HR, 
    • A leader who has extensive experience in people management,
    • A colleague with experience in a global company (experience working between the US, Romania, Czech Republic, and Moldova is a win-win),
    • Someone with excellent Czech and English.
