    You are the right person for us if:

    • you have 3+ years of experience with IT hiring including sourcing
    • you have an experience with the team management

    • you enjoy working with people, discovering the hidden potential in them and developing it
    • your organizational, presentation and communication skills are on point
    • you participated in the HR marketing of the SW company
    • you can speak English on advanced level (C1 or better)

    • You are willing to travel to Brno/Ostrava/Olomouc from time to time

    What will be your scope of work?

    • LEAD THE TEAM OF RECRUITERS AND SOURCERS ACROSS CZ – you are going to delegate tasks, plan the team capacities and priorities against hiring needs, support the team in learning and growing
    • COOPERATE WITH HIRING MANAGERS – to help them define the right recruitment approach, support them in conversations about salaries and offers
    • COOPERATE WITH RECRUITMENT MANAGERS from other locations (Romania, Costa Rica, India, Mexico, USA) – to build a global recruitment process and sourcing practice
    • LEAD THE OVERALL RECRUITMENT PROCESS - to optimize the process, focus on candidate experience from an application until onboarding, collect and analyze recruitment data, manage an ATS (Lever), map the market and work with Talent Acquisition budget
    • COORDINATE COOPERATION WITH OUR PARTNERS - with recruitment agencies and other suppliers, coordinate referral program, cooperation with universities, job fairs and IT communities, ...
    • INFLUENCE HR MARKETING & EMPLOYER BRANDING - promote 3Pillar Global Czechia, to support the global marketing team in understanding local marketing needs
    • COOPERATE WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS - as Talent (HR), Finance, Legal, Product Development and global management team
