    3Pillar Global is searching for a QA Automation Lead. You will be responsible to push the product to the highest quality possible. You will drive the success of the project by providing directions to the testing team in order to meet the product vision implemented by a cross-functional team. You will contribute to the team as a QA mentor and ensure that the team defines and follows the QA strategy in order to be successful.

    • Develop new framework features/tests 
    • Balance the manual/automation effort
    • Write/review test cases (TestRail/Zefir)
    • Automate already written test cases
    • Execute manual tests against acceptance criteria
    • Regularly check daily jobs and propose fixes/improvements for failing tests
    • Monitor/start/restart jobs in Jenkins
    • Support team members with writing automated test cases/ automated tests
    • Involvement in deployment, document, and regression tasks
    • Code review for automation tests
    • Recommend/set best practices in QA
    • Optimization of existing tests/framework


    • Experience with Page Object Model, Selenium
    • Experience with creating a testing framework from scratch
    • Basic knowledge of Jenkins
    • Git or other versioning tools
    • Code review 
    • Leadership experience in the QA effort/team
    • Basic Linux/shell
    • Would be nice to have experience with one or more of: Cypress, JavaScript, TypeScript, Postman, API testing, Npm, Release coordination experience
