    What will you do?

    • In this role, the Finance and Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
    • Maintaining and validating all logged timesheet and leave hours in Netsuite and Openair, as well as Workday
    • Preparing basis for payrollBe a true support partner for managers and employees on providing updates
    • Following up on missing hours, validating overtime hours and type of remuneration
    • Preparing all non monetary benefits situation for all employees
    • Preparing all data related for payroll in house and sending it over to external provider for payroll preparation and calculation of taxes
    • Offering assistance to senior accountant in auditing expense reports (Netsuite & Openair), booking journal entries (Netsuite) and bills in current erp (Netsuite)Participate at month end close by offering support/handling close related tasks provided by senior accountant
    • Used technologies: Netsuite, Openair, Workday

    Requirements

    • Nice to have revious experience in an IT profile company
    • 2-3 years of finance related experience
    • Experience in finance & accounting
    • You can speak English B2+ :)
    • Attention to details
    • Result oriented, ability to meet deadlines and work under close tight schedule
